2009
The Humble Beginnings
Founded in 2009, by Jonathan "Alex Strife" Lugo, with only little over 200+ competitors, what started off as a small idea and grew into so much more!

2012
A Legacy is Born
APEX begins grows from 400+ competitors (in 2010) to 1000+ competitors! This year featuring more games including other fighting games like Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat.

2014
Growing Pains
In 2014, APEX grew quickly into the biggest east coast Smash based tournament that drew in multiple international players.

2015
After so many mishaps and issues with 2015, Cristin and Johnathan decided to step away from APEX, however Bifuteki just couldn't let that happen and stepped in at the end of 2015 and decided to take the torch and keep APEX running!

A New Beginning
With Bifuteki overseeing and managing APEX now, we hope to bring a new fresh approach to the already impressive APEX Series that you've come to love!
